Loan product availability is subject to loan amount and borrower qualification. This California Consumer Privacy Act Policy and Disclosure Notice ("Disclosure Notice") explains how Everett Financial, Inc. dba Supreme Lending ("Supreme Lending" or the "Company") collects, uses, and discloses personal information relating to California residents covered by the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 ("CCPA").
This Disclosure Notice is provided pursuant to the CCPA and supplements the information contained in Supreme Lending's General Privacy Notice.

This Disclosure Notice does not apply to information we collect about California residents who apply for or obtain our financial products and services for personal, family, or household purposes. Personal Information also does not include:
- Publicly available information from government records.
- Deidentified or aggregated consumer information.
- Information excluded from the scope of the CCPA, including:
- Health or medical information covered by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) and the California Confidentiality of Medical Information Act (CMIA).
- Personal information covered by certain sector-specific privacy laws, including the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA), California Financial Information Privacy Act (CalFIPA), and Driver's Privacy Protection Act of 1994.

Third Parties to Whom We Disclose Personal Information
The categories of third parties to whom we may disclose Personal Information for the business purposes described in this Disclosure Notice include:

Use of Personal Information
In the past 12 months, we have used Personal Information relating to California residents to operate, manage, and maintain our business, provide products and services, and accomplish business purposes and objectives, including:
- Performing services, including maintaining or servicing accounts, providing customer service, verifying customer information, processing payments, providing financing, and providing similar services.
- Detecting security incidents and protecting against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity.
- Conducting short-term, transient uses where information is not disclosed to a third party and is not used to build a profile or otherwise alter an individual consumer's experience outside the current interaction, including contextual customization of advertisements shown as part of the same interaction.
- Verifying or maintaining the quality or safety of services we control and improving, upgrading, or enhancing those services.
- Debugging to identify and repair errors that impair intended functionality.
- Conducting internal research for technological development and demonstration.
- Complying with laws, regulations, legal processes, and law enforcement requirements, including internal policies based on or reflecting legal or regulatory guidance, codes, or opinions.
Sale of Personal Information
In the past 12 months, we have not "sold" Personal Information subject to the CCPA, including Personal Information relating to minors under the age of 16.
For purposes of this Disclosure Notice, "sold" means the disclosure of Personal Information to a third party for monetary or other valuable consideration.
Rights Under the CCPA
If you are a California resident, you have the right to:
a. Request that we disclose, free of charge, certain information covering the 12 months preceding your request, including:
The categories of Personal Information about you that we collected.
- The categories of sources from which the Personal Information was collected.
- The purposes for collecting Personal Information about you.
- The categories of third parties to whom we disclosed Personal Information about you, the categories of Personal Information disclosed, if applicable, and the purposes for those disclosures.
- The specific pieces of Personal Information we collected about you.
b. Request that we delete Personal Information collected from you, subject to exceptions recognized by the CCPA.
c. Be free from unlawful discrimination for exercising your rights under the CCPA.
We will acknowledge receipt of your request and advise you of the anticipated response timeframe if we are able to verify your identity. Requests for specific pieces of Personal Information may require additional information to verify your identity.
If you submit a request on behalf of another person, we may require proof of your authorization and may verify the identity of the person for whom the request is being submitted.
In some circumstances, we may not be able to honor a request. For example, we may deny a request if we cannot verify your identity, cannot verify your authority to act on behalf of another individual, or if an applicable legal exception applies.
Exceptions may include retaining Personal Information necessary to originate or service your loan, comply with state or federal law, protect the rights and freedoms of another consumer, or address information that is not subject to CCPA access or deletion rights.
If we are unable to honor your request, we will explain that determination in our response.
We will not provide Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, government-issued identification numbers, financial account numbers, healthcare or medical identification numbers, account passwords, security questions and answers, or specific information when disclosure could create a risk of unauthorized access, identity theft, fraud, or unreasonable risk to data, systems, or network security.
We will work to process verified requests within 45 days pursuant to the CCPA. If an additional extension of up to 45 days is needed, we will provide an explanation for the delay.
